what is the 1st step to devlop a java website? [on hold]
I want to develop a website. I am interested in having it use some of
these technologies:
HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, JAVA, SQL, STRUTS, HIBERNET
I am pretty familiar with some of these technologies but am stuck on how
to start. What would be a good way to approach making a website for a
beginner? Design guidelines would also be much appreciated.
